¿Qué onda con la Reforma Migratoria? Myths, Lies, and Truths behind the so-called “Immigration Reform” This workshop covers immigration bill SB744 with a video presentation and discussion. What does the bill actually say? Who is included, and who is excluded? Will it stop deportations, help family reunification, and grant status to the 11 million undocumented people? These and many more questions will be addressed during the workshop.

2nd - Latino Student Leadership Conference 1st URO workshop: "Defining Our Dreams" The workshop exposed students to a variety of backgrounds and obstacles that surround Latinos in the US. It included interactive and story telling activities with the purpose of empowerment and motivation. Check out more photos of the event

Participants were engaged in an open discussion for a "call to action" to better improve the resources available for Latinos at NEIU.
